Outstanding OFSTED

I am delighted to share our very first OFSTED report with you. The final judgement awarded by the Inspector team is ‘Outstanding’ in all five areas. This is a phenomenal achievement.
It is a true testament to the hard work of the staff team, our children, parents, community, governors and Trust. I would like to thank our parents for having the wisdom to choose Galleywall and for believing in the spirit of our school. Thank you for being the pioneers who allowed this school to come to life, your faith and trust in us as a staff team allowed Galleywall to establish itself. Thank you to our talented children for being such a credit to us all. Our magnificent school built in 1876 stands tall in Galleywall Road. We are proud of this heritage, our children have brought it back to its former glory. Today the school shines a little brighter and stands a little taller.
We are absolutely thrilled that the hard work undertaken daily by all members of our dedicated team, and of course our wonderful children has been acknowledged in this way. We continually strive to create the very best education for our children, to see this so strongly applauded within the Ofsted report is very satisfying for all of us.
You can be sure that there will be many an Outstanding celebration planned in the very near future. Feel free to share this magnificent news far and wide – Galleywall Primary has well and truly arrived!
